*only players that have received a formal invitation from SoCo99 may register here

(if you have not been invited to SoCo99 but wish to attend, have your high school coach nominate you by emailing info@soco99lax.com)

THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS TO PAY TUITION:

1) Pay in full at time of registration (by January 31, 2010) for a DISCOUNTED RATE of $340

2) Pay a $190 non-refundable deposit now, and the balance of $190 by April 1, 2010 for a total of $380 (lower than our 2009 rate!)

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO DO EITHER AT THE NEXT SCREEN

* No cash refunds are given
* Credits may be given for future use in the event of documented medical injury

To receive a credit:

Submit to us within 7 days prior to the event full documentation of the medical circumstance preventing participation.   If not received within 7 days prior to event, credit will be forfeited.  Credit may be used for up to one year for other Southern Combat Lacrosse events.
